Terms of service

Effective 19 August 2026.

The service. Funnelkeeper joins advertising spend, funnel events, and revenue data you connect, and surfaces reporting plus AI-proposed actions (“the Keeper”). Proposals never execute without a human approval from your account.
Your data. You retain all rights to data you connect. You grant AE Labs a licence to process it solely to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities. Keep credentials confidential; connect only accounts you are authorised to connect; comply with the terms of the platforms you connect (Google, SEMrush, and others).
Early access. The service is provided as-is during early access, without warranty. We may change or discontinue features with notice.
Spending decisions are yours. The Keeper proposes; you approve. AE Labs is not liable for the outcomes of advertising decisions you approve.
Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AE Labs’ aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable.
Governing law. New South Wales, Australia.
